Refund Policy

J Alert is operated by Andy j weather man. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the J Alert Pro subscription. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no explanation needed.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all J Alert orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or email us at alerts@jalert.dev and we will help you.

You can cancel J Alert Pro at any time from the billing portal linked in the service plans section of the site. Cancelling stops future renewals; your Pro features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If a renewal charge was not expected, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we will arrange a refund of the renewal through Paddle.
